The day after Graduation while most everyone else was hung over or just plain tired, I boarded a plane to Boston. Although I thought I knew it all at 17, I did not! I got married and stayed married for 18 years and was single for another 11 until I met my Glenn. I've lived in Boston, Oklahoma City, Columbus, OH., Naperville, Il., back to Columbus, OH., Mesa, Az. and Alpine, CA! Glad to say, I have experienced a "California Weather Princess Life" for the last 9 years. I'm married to a true "Gentleman" and feel extremely blessed in many ways. Of the many lessons in life and career - the most cherished have come from our grandchildren. That's when we both FINALLY realized what matters in life. It just doesn't get any better!

Gosh...I have a lot! Some good, some bad! :) Some, I just don't talk about. Probably the best....the Ike and Tina Turner skit Jeanie DeHaven and I did at a pep rally. Not sure why we did it, but it was fun. Proud to say, Jeanie is still as dear today as she was back then. That, and Mr. Calvert sending me on a wild goose chase! Yep, he sent me off with a list of teachers and told me to ask if they had a "circular file." What a blond moment that was! However, the best thing was growing up with such a great bunch of educators and people. :)
